When I first began to patronize Lakeside, it just had cheap beer and a great jukebox. In the past few years Lakeside has added made several improvements: additional bathrooms, Ms. Pac-Man (a personal favorite), Asteroids and a photo-booth ($2). It gets crowded, but is also blessed with quick turn over (so keep an eye open for a table opening in the back of the bar). The jukebox is as close to WFMU as you can get in a bar (Louie Prima, Linc Wray, the Sonics) and on weekends Lakeside features some local bands.
