"There's always a seat... because it sucks." - Daniel

Daniel and I came across Iggy's while moseying on down Ludlow Street and decided to check it out.  We should have kept on walking to Motor City.

Iggy's seems to be a new Irish bar, much like it's neighboring Local 138.  They try to make the most out of a small amount of space by having a tiered seating, but doesn't make up of the short comings of the bar.

Offering no hard liquor, I opted for a passable Guinness and Daniel decided to delve into their  large selection of vino.  First and last mistake.  When Daniel asked for a red wine suggestion, the bartender replied:  "We have red."

I will conclude with Daniel's opening line: "There's always a seat... because it sucks."  Honestly, the only reason to go here is if you really want to sit down.

My rating: 5 cigarettes, verging on an empty pack
